First publication of MBL is out!
First publication of Microbial Bioengineering Laboratory conducted in collaboration with prof. Víctor de Lorenzo from CNB-CSIC in Madrid has just been released! The article Biotransformation of D-xylose to D-xylonate coupled to medium-chain-length polyhydroxyalkanoate production in cellobiose-grown Pseudomonas putida EM42 was published in Microbial Biotechnology. One way towards more sustainable microbial biotechnological leads through co-valorization of several second-generation lignocellulosic substrates. The paper is our contribution to this topic.
