Pavel presents MBL research at Imperial College London and at UCL
During his short stay in the UK (February 19-23), Pavel had the opportunity to present recent MBL research on synthetically primed adaptation of bacterial metabolism to renewable sugar substrates and our laboratory's "carbon-push" strategy based on unregulated sugar transport at departmental seminars at the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Imperial College London and at the Biochemical Engineering Department of University College London. He was kindly invited by our colleagues and friends Dr. Jose Jimenez (ICL) and Dr. Leornardo Rios-Solis (UCL). This fruitful visit will allow new collaborations between our laboratory and groups at these prestigious institutions.
