The 23rd International Scientific Conference of Bachelor’s and Master’s Students took place on April 10, 2025, at the Faculty of Biotechnology and Food Sciences of the Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra. The event provided a platform for students to present their individual and group research projects in several thematic sections, including Food Technology Innovations and Trends, Food Chain Safety and Control, Applied Biology, Biotechnology, and a special section for high school students.

Yesterday, our colleague Monika was officially appointed as a professor. She received her appointment decree directly from the President of the Czech Republic at Karolinum.
LAM is co-investigator of the project "The Corrosive Appetite of Microorganisms: Corrosion of Mg Alloys Influenced by Methanogens and Sulfate-Reducing Bacteria in Anaerobic Environments", which was supported by The Czech Science Foundation (GACR).
