Lecture at workshop in Cologne
Nikola Hanišáková together with her supervisor Monika Vítězová participated in a very interesting workshop Big Bang... Microbes! - Workshop on Cultivation of the Uncultivables, in Cologne. This workshop was aimed at sharing information on the cultivation of seemingly unculturable microorganisms and believe us, we know what we are talking about, our beloved archaea are proof of that. The accompanying programme was also very interesting, with the opportunity to visit the European Astronaut Centre and learn about the research carried out by the European Space Agency (ESA).
