Monika Vítězová recently presented a public lecture as part of her professorial procedure. The lecture, titled Greenhouse Gas Emissions: Are Microorganisms a Threat or a Rescue?, explored the role of microorganisms in the context of greenhouse gas emissions and their impact on the environment.
Our working group presented a paper on microbially induced corrosion at the 27th Conference of the Association of Corrosion Engineers (AKI)
