Miro participated in Kupcinet-Getz Summer School at Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel

Miro Rosputinský took part in Kupcinet-Getz Summer School 2024, an eight-week long research stay at Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot, Israel. He worked in the lab of prof. Asaph Aharoni under mentorship of Julia-Eva Fortmueller. Having learned many useful techniques, ranging from Goldenbraid and Gibson assembly to Capturem protein purifications, he helped bring the vision of cotton plants transformed with spider silk proteins a little closer to life. Apart from wet lab, he visited many interesting historical sites, attended fascinating talks and made amazing friends.
