Theses topics were Anna Urbankova - "Effect of phytogenic additive concentration on methane production in Methanobrevibacter smithii DSM 2375", Barbora Holomkova - "Effect of phytogenic additive concentration on methane production in Methanosarcina barkeri DSM 8687", Damián Bubela - "Mechanisms of gene transfer within the Archaea domain", Denis Pšenka - "Optimization of suitable gene transfer methods for sulfate-reducing bacteria".
